  • IP address (collected by Cloudflare Turnstile on signup for bot prevention)

  • Pages visited and time spent
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

  • Hashed passwords using bcrypt

However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

  • Email Service: For sending reminders (only receives email, plant names)

How often should I water?

Each plant has its own watering frequency you set when adding it. Most houseplants want water every ~7 days; succulents can go 14+. We email a reminder when one is due.

Why aren't my reminders arriving?

Verify your email address (banner at the top) and set a reminder time in Settings. You can send yourself a test reminder from the Settings page.

How do I invite a housemate?

Open Households → create one → Invite, then share the link or send the email invite. They can water shared plants with you.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes — anytime from Settings → Billing. Your plants and history stay saved on the free plan.
